   Proposal Description:
   Aim 1:  Estimate measures of association between sociodemographic factors,  an autopsy.    Aim 2:  Develop a risk score, based on initial visit characteristics, that can  be used to determine the likelihood that a subject will undergo autopsy upon  death.
